表参道にオフィスを構える再生建築研究所 代表 神本 豊秋氏とスタッフの皆さまが、デザインオフィス創造舎事務所にお越しくださいました
一般的には再生不可能とされてきた建築物を、「再生建築」という手法を軸に平均寿命を伸ばし、再生可能へと導くプロジェクトを実現している「再生建築研究所」

耐震改修や事業収支のコンサルティングの在り方をはじめ、建物のリノベーションの本質、地域との関わり方についてなど、互いにセッションを交わす貴重な時間となりました

ときに真剣に、ときに笑いを交えながら、価値観や姿勢を共有し合うことで、私たちにとってもあらためて「建築とは何か」「未来に残していくべきものとは何か」を見つめ直す良い機会となりました
今後も、持続可能で魅力ある地域づくりに貢献できるよう、活動を続けてまいります

President Kamimoto and his team from Saisei Architecture Laboratory stopped by our office today.

Based in Omotesando, the firm is known for reviving buildings once thought beyond repair, extending their lifespan through a regenerative approach to architecture.

We shared an open and thoughtful exchange on topics ranging from seismic retrofitting and financial strategy to renovation philosophy and community connection. It was a chance to reflect on both the how and why we build.

The visit was both serious and filled with laughter. Not to mention a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect together on the questions: “What is architecture?” and “What should we carry into the future?”

We look forward to continuing our work toward creating sustainable, meaningful places to live and gather.
