OMACHI創造計画第5弾 オープニングセレモニーを開催いたしました

2025年4月11日（金）、静岡市葵区・人宿町にて「OMACHI創造計画 第5弾」のオープニングセレモニーを開催いたしました。会場のヒトヤドホールには、静岡市長をはじめ、市を代表する方々、町内会の皆さま、人宿町の店舗の方々、そして多くのメディア関係者の方々にご来場いただき、晴れやかなスタートを切ることができました。

今回の第5弾では、今年新しく誕生した、アート集団The Spotによる壁画「NEOYASU（ネオヤス）」のリノベーションビルを筆頭に、個性豊かな16店舗が新たに仲間入り。ますます活気あふれるエリアへと進化を遂げています。

式典では、創造舎 代表 山梨洋靖 による挨拶に続き、静岡市長・難波喬司氏より、本プロジェクトへの期待を込めた温かなお祝いの言葉をいただきました。

セレモニー終了後には、各店舗をご案内。来場者へのおもてなしも実施され、多くの方が新しい店舗の魅力を肌で感じ、期待を寄せていただける機会となりました。

OMACHI創造計画とは

静岡市の中心市街地「おまち」を再生し、次世代の賑わいを生み出すプロジェクトです。リノベーションや機能再生を通して、人と情が宿るまちを目指し、これまでに136店舗の誘致を実現しています（2025年4月現在）。

このたびのオープニングを機に、さらに多くの方々に「人宿町人情通り」そして「OMACHI創造計画」の魅力を体感いただけるよう、引き続き尽力してまいります。

On Friday, April 11, 2025, the opening ceremony for the OMACHI Creative Project Vol.5 was held at Hitoyado Hall in Hitoyado-cho, Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City. The event welcomed the Mayor of Shizuoka, local officials, neighborhood associations, local business owners, and numerous media representatives for a celebratory launch.

This fifth installment marks another exciting step forward with the addition of 16 new businesses, including a newly renovated building featuring NEOYASU—a large-scale mural by the art collective The Spot. The area continues to evolve into a lively, creative destination.

Following opening remarks by Sozosya’s CEO Hiroyasu Yamanashi, Shizuoka City Mayor Takashi Namba shared his hopes and congratulations for the project’s ongoing success.

Guests were then invited to explore the new shops and enjoy a warm welcome from participating businesses—an opportunity to feel the spirit of this growing neighborhood firsthand.

What is the OMACHI Creative Project?

The OMACHI Creative Project is an urban revitalization project aimed at breathing new life into central Shizuoka City, mainly in the Hitoyado-cho area. Through renovation and functional renewal, the initiative seeks to create a warm, people-centered neighborhood full of character and connection.

As of April 2025, the project has successfully attracted 136 new businesses to the area.
